I've long followed the teaching in my heart that God is "uncircumscribable" ("aperigraphtos"), that is to say that nothing which can be written or drawn or said with words can ever in any way limit the power of God and his ineffable mysteries. I've never wondered why some circumstance or other happened to me and not to someone else because I've always just assumed that this life was meant for me in particular. But the reliance on this mystery sometimes led me to the purest, disappointed atheism, for I rather believed there was no God than to believe God was somehow cruel... on account of the misfortunes of others... if that makes sense. But when it seemed that everything else failed me, I determined to find out about God, about why he even has a name among us for all these millenia.

People think I'm mean because I keep people at a distance I am more an introvert than being mean I have a very independent way of thinking I'm not always right but I'm very informative I think a lot of people are actually stupid and are not aware of what's going on for taking place in this world those kind of people are boring they have nothing to add to a conversation or any knowledge to offer for any kind of an outcome regarding a situation

I am a “mean” person. In the first place, I don’t mean to be that way. Speaking for myself, there’s a few variables working against me: I have a flat, monotone voice; my neutral facial expression looks aggressive (German); I am an engineer, so I am analytical; I am highly intelligent (not my words; that’s just what people have said my whole life); I speak in clear, articulate terms. People either adore me or loathe me. There isn’t much in-between. I’m 33 years old. I spent my whole life feeling bad about myself. I’ve tried to come across differently. Frankly, it’s exhausting. To those of you who know someone like me: understand that “mean” people in your life may not be so mean after all. I am actually very, very sensitive. I don’t like the way I come across. Just my two cents.

As someone who was abused heavily as a toddler and a young child using the name of god as an excuse I've been suffering a lot with my faith in God and struggle with a lot of religious trauma but this was one of the first sermons I've actually listened to completely and enjoyed thoroughly without having any sort of break down in almost 7 years. I really needed this, thank you.🙏❤

I run away from anger, confrontation, or under handed tactics. I cry then I end up having to take extra heart medication and an anxiety medication because I automatically go into panic mode and can’t function. I’m dealing with a situation where I’m living in fear.

My husband went on a cruise with his family without me and I didn't unalive him.

Several mean people in my family and in laws….They are mean over and over and became even meaner because I decided to continue to be happy and nice. Eventually it was a burden for me to try to continue to be happy and nice as I was hurt and sad. They took my light away so then I removed myself from them. They turned even meaner when I was nice. It must have given them permission to get meaner cause I was nice. Never did find the answer. They wanted me out and continued to hurt me
